Service Technician - (Experienced Tractor & Turf Equipment Technician)

Our Brenham Kubota store is growing-and we need a technician who can hit the ground turning wrenches. If you know your way around compact and mid-size tractors (especially Kubota), and maybe even dabble in lawn and garden gear on the side, we want to talk.

What You'll Be Doing:

This role is focused on mid-size tractors (Kubota is our bread and butter), with occasional work on lawn mowers and smaller turf equipment.

You will:

Diagnose and repair compact and mid-size tractors, utility vehicles, and lawn/garden equipment

Perform setups on new units and field service when needed

Complete detailed documentation for service orders and repair history

Stay up to date with the latest tech and service protocols through paid training

Follow all safety procedures (seriously, we mean it)

Work closely with your team and be ready to jump in wherever needed

What You Bring to the Table:

At least 1 year of hands-on mechanic/technician experience

Experience with Kubota or similar compact tractors preferred

Full set of tools - we've got the big stuff, but you'll need your go-to gear

Valid driver's license and a strong work ethic

Ability to lift 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs daily

High school diploma or GED

Bonus points if:

You've worked at an equipment dealership

You're the kind of person who fixes your buddy's stuff when it breaks-and actually enjoys it
