Key Responsibilities for Service Team Members:
  • Deliver an exceptional dining experience by greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.
  • Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to serve high-quality food.
  • Efficiently work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, switching between roles at the front counter, drive-through, or kitchen as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals in a fun and engaging atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • Exhibit a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Previous operations experience is advantageous.
  • Some high school education is preferred.
  • Food handler certification may be required based on local regulations, which would be at your expense.
Work Environment:

This role involves working in a kitchen where conditions may include heat from steam tables and food vapors, as well as a noisy environment. Employees should be prepared to remain standing for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and operate in a fast-paced atmosphere while maintaining accuracy.

Compensation: Pay Range: $17.70 to $20.70 per hour. Individual pay is determined based on various factors, including work location and experience.
