Description Fajita Pete's is hiring immediately for outgoing and energetic Service Team Leads to join our fun and fast-paced team. The ideal Service Team Lead is a confident decision-maker who is ready to learn. They will have experience in fast food and/or restaurant work and is an excellent communicator-both in written form and verbally. The Service Team Lead is willing to lead a team during each shift and help train team membersService Team Leads are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team. Service Team Leads work with restaurant management to provide the direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customer's expectations. The position particpates in the store tip pool, which typically adds an
additional $3/hr-$4/hr to your pay rate.

- Foster a Team atmosphere
- Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures and safe working procedures
- Manage food and labor costs
- Execute company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels
- Provide proper training for team members
- Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
- Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service and meet and/or exceed both company and customer expectations
- Maintain a professional appearance while providing excellent customer service
- Bi-Lingual is a plus

- Current Food Manager Certificate accepted by State of Texas (ie ServeSafe)
- Current TABC Certification
- Valid Driver's License, Vehicle Insurance, Reliable Vehicle
