Service Specialist

Description We are looking for a dedicated Service Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Henrietta, New York. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients using our screening systems. This position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering quality solutions in compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding service to clients utilizing the HireRight system for screening purposes. - Follow up on pending items to ensure timely completion in alignment with established Service Level Agreements. - Develop and maintain a solid understanding of Paychex products, industry policies, and procedures. - Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with leadership to implement enhancements. - Utilize systems and software effectively, including Salesforce and other advanced tools. - Document all client interactions accurately and systematically. - Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members. - Perform data entry tasks with a focus on prioritization and organizational accuracy. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles. - Associate degree or higher is preferred. - Strong knowledge of industry policies, procedures, and compliance standards. - Proficiency in using HRIS systems, Salesforce, and other software platforms. - Familiarity with Service Level Agreements and related processes. - Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. - Ability to identify and implement process improvements. - Effective communication and mentoring abilities.
