AXANEXA is looking for a Service & Solution Architect to join our team.
This is a management level position working across departments to maintain strong customer relationships and improve our services to maintain customer satisfaction.
As a Platinum Partner, AXANEXA helps customers get the most out of their experience by offering implementation, integration, and custom app development services. This role is critical to that mission.
is a global leading work management platform utilized by 150k+ businesses as a core tool. has developed an ecosystem for partners to create client specific custom app ranging from custom UI to full feature apps. This position requires industry knowledge to maximize the benefits offers.
This is a full-time position featuring flexible hours, remote work, PTO, and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Assesses customer feedback and uses creativity to develop, improve, and refine service offerings with the VP Service Delivery.
- Documents and delivers service offering training, on demand and to all new hires; is services and solutions SME for the team.
- Analyzes complex customer requirements and proposes complete solutions to automate their use cases in any client phase (prospect, current, previous).
- Identifies, responds to, and works to resolve any emerging service problems - whether internal or external; resolution may mean a revision to the current service offering.
- Builds, manages, and expands internal team knowledge and supports change management as processes are improved.
- Plans and manages assigned projects from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, processes, and deliverables; includes technical tasks as necessary to be successful.
- Collaborates with the customer on day-to-day work progress, issues, concerns, escalations and be the first point of escalation, as well as first point of solution.
- Ensures that programs and services are provided in alignment with the AXANEXA's Values using a logic-based approach that promotes excellence in service delivery.
- Plays a key role in promoting a positive, vibrant, and healthy workplace culture.
