As a Service Plumbing Account Manager, you will be required to provide service account management (for all assigned accounts), development & client satisfaction by coordinating core service activities for accounts, selling core service business & supporting the efforts of the Service Team to achieve its annual revenue, margin & safety goals. Manage account operations & maintenance (O&M), repairs, upgrades, and predictive services activities through account development, sales, communication, negotiation, scheduling, tracking, document control, and forecasting of costs/profitability. Identify & secure new Service Agreement clients.

Service Account Manager's Responsibilities:



• Develop repair options and recommendations, estimate repairs, preventative services and develop and present proposals (for core service work, not projects), to existing Service Agreement clients.

• Identify new Service Agreement prospects.

• Estimate & develop new Service Agreement proposals.

• Present new Service Agreement proposals to prospective clients to gain new clients.

• Manage assigned accounts to achieve Plan sales & margin goals.

• Write-up and issue purchase orders to vendors and coordinate material purchases to insure material specifications, price & delivery are met.

• Write-up and issue purchase orders to subcontractors and coordinate jobsite activities.

• Ensure compliance with Safety Program on jobsites.

• Coordinate daily manpower requirements with the Area Service Supervisors to schedule manpower requirements.

• Ensure required warranty paperwork is completed and submitted & archived.

• Regular attendance and promptness are considered part of each employee's essential job functions.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the companies service.

• Attend company sponsored events with customers (i.e. dinners, golf, etc.).

Requirements:



• Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.

• High level of technical competency with thorough understanding of Plumbing functions.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and with team members to perform services in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively multi-task with attention to detail.

Qualifications:



• Proficient in PC based computer systems and software including Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Applicant must have commercial, institutional and/ or hospital mechanical experience.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Plumbing service experience required.

• Minimum of 3 year experience in sales and business development preferred.

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

• Valid social security number.
