What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcoming customers and visitors with a smile
- Answering phone calls and pointing folks in the right direction
- Processing payments for service, parts, and even car purchases
- Balancing your cash drawer and prepping daily deposits
- Helping with filing, data entry, and keeping records organized
- Being the go-to for great customer service and quick problem-solving
- Working alongside our sales, service, and finance teams to keep things running smoothly
- Keeping the front desk tidy and inviting
What We're Looking For:
- Organized and dependable - someone who can manage their time well
- Friendly and patient - you'll be helping all kinds of people every day
- Positive attitude, even when the task seems repetitive (trust us, it's important stuff.)
- Comfortable on the phone and in person
- No experience? No problem. If you're willing to learn, we're happy to train.
