Role: Service Now Technical Project ManagerLocation: Princton NJ (Onsite)Contract Duration: Long Term - Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage project milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Create and manage project artifacts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Possesses understanding of IT infrastructure (Data Center, End User Computing) and IT Service Management processes.
- Possesses a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform capabilities, specifically Configuration Management - CMDB and related functionality such as Identification/Reconciliation, Common Services Data Model, Application lifecycle management, Integrations for CMDB data exchange.
- Understanding on ServiceNow ITOM - Service Mapping & Discovery products desirable.
- Functional awareness on managing Epics and user stories in JIRA desirable.
