Key Skills Required: - ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management): SN Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
- Integration Experience: ServiceNow integration with third-party tools
- APM (Application Portfolio Management): Strong APM expertise is a plus
- CSDM (Common Service Data Model): Experience preferred
- Certifications:
- ServiceNow Admin - Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
- Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM (preferred)
- Certified SPM (preferred)
- Certified Application Developer (preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities: - ITSM Professional: Proven experience in ITSM/ITOM technologies with strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple priorities and ensure projects are completed on time.
- APM Expertise: Managing and optimizing an organization's application portfolio for efficiency and performance.
- ServiceNow ITSM Modules: Experience in Asset Management, Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB/Discovery, Service Mapping/Dependency Mapping, and IT Asset Management.
- Scripting and Automation: Proficient in JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, and creating/managing scripts and workflows.
- Web Services and Integration: Experience with web services (REST/SOAP), SSO-SAML setup, and integrating ServiceNow with other applications.
- Customization Skills: UI customization using CSS, HTML, Jelly, and implementing custom UI changes.
Additional Requirements: - Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and consultative approach to influencing stakeholders.
