Looking for a Service Now Business Analyst for a well-known financial institution in Chicago (hybrid)

Experience - 7-9 years

qualifications (Must Haves):
  • At least 3 years in a ServiceNow business analyst role Deep knowledge of ITSM processes, including Request Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management and Problem Management.
  • You have a bachelor's degree and bring 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • You have experience with the ServiceNow modules and capabilities including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, DevOps, APM, Vulnerability, HR, GRC and Integration HUB. Onboarding module.
  • You have a background working within the ITIL and IT Service Management discipline.
