Position Details:
Title: Service Center Manager
Location: Folcroft, PA
Schedule: M-F, 7:00am-4:00pm
Compensation: $115k-$125k + 15% annual bonus
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Matched 401k, PTO (3 weeks to start), monthly car allowance, and more.
Travel: local travel to Customer job sites

Position Description:

• Work with the Service Manager on deploying field service technicians to ensure all project requirements and budgets are met.

• Manage all day-to-day operations including service operation, sales and financial performance.

• Oversee the team that manages the full scope of installation, start-up, repair, and replacement projects in residential, commercial and industrial buildings or municipal water and wastewater systems, including estimating, labor planning, job scheduling, work assignments, job completion, troubleshooting, and quality control.

• Engage with customers for any dispute resolutions and to ensure customer satisfaction with our services.

• Attend job-walks, meet customers, and gather information necessary for Estimators to properly bid on new projects as needed.

• Attend business related events within the community to gain market knowledge.

• Manage Sales, Estimators and planned maintenance teams to ensure all aspects of the project are captured in the estimate & subsequent proposal.

• Site level ownership of driving the business processes and profitability across all channels through analysis of sales and margin

• Site level ownership of the disciplined management process which ensures an efficient and safe work environment across all functional areas

• Accountable for all A/R and A/P responsibilities.

• Assisting in hiring a technically competent team that meets and exceeds the technical requirements of our customers

• Mentoring field employees to gain their trust and cooperation.

Requirements:

• Experience in the contracting, construction or industrial service industries preferred.

• Technical or business college degree, will consider relevant Trade School certifications.

• Knowledge of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems. Construction/contracting experience with pumps, motors, and control systems is essential.

• Knowledge in reviewing contracts.

• Sales experience is a plus

• Proficient with typical Microsoft programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Publisher, and Adobe.

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Mechanical systems, service, maintenance, or sales, in a managerial position.
