We are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager for a Client located in the Boca Raton area of Florida.

You will be expected to oversee all aspects of the service department including warranty work, service work, and small projects. You will be asked to track all billable service work, oversee the scheduling of all work, train employees, planning, assigning, direct work, and address complaints and resolve problems.

You will be a member of the executive team and will be responsible for overall supervision, direction, coordination, training, and evaluation of the service department.

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively

Ability to multi-task

Possess a good understanding of contract administration and office procedures

Ability to read and comprehend detailed plans

Ability to complete the contract documents to obtain permits

Possess an in depth understanding of the basics of most building systems. (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

Must be able to travel 60% of the time

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Excel, Project, and Procore
