Do you combine practical engineering know-how with strong digital and organisational skills?

Severn Lamb & Trams International arelooking for a Service Lead to take ownership of our global after sales and service support function. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of customer support, logistics, warehouse operations, documentation, and spares procurement for our world-class transport systems.

This is a varied and rewarding role ideal for someone with strong technical skills, real-world engineering experience, and a proactive mindset. You'll be the primary point of contact for global clients requiring service support for our road and rail visitor transport solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead first-line product support and coordinate service engineer visits
  • Oversee warranty claims, repairs, maintenance, and spare part orders
  • Develop detailed service documentation, operation & maintenance manuals, and spare parts lists
  • Create and manage digital spares catalogues and repair operation times
  • Oversee stock, shipping, and global delivery logistics
  • Procure components and services while supporting wider project teams

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong hands-on engineering background - with real-world, practical experience
  • High degree of computer literacy - confident working across digital systems, portals, and documentation tools
  • Experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain coordination
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings and technical manuals
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude
  • Flexibility to travel internationally when required
  • Full UK driving licence
