Job Description

A telecommunications client of Insight Global is looking for a IT Support Desk Specialist to join their team in Maryland Heights, MO. This team provides first level support for all internal end-users within the company. This person will be responsible for physically going to the hardware and software systems to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. They will be in charge of writing service tickets and following up on the tickets in a timely manner. That being said, working with a ticketing system and writing technical reports & documentation is a must have to be successful in this role. Imaging experience is also used on a day to day basis to support troubleshooting and the maintenance of a printer, copier, and computer hardware, software and network connectivity. This person must be able to work 5 days onsite.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years experience with Support Desk

Experience with imaging troubleshooting and maintenance

Experience working with a ticketing system

Experience providing help desk support to physical and virtual applications

A+ certification, or 2 years of experience POs system troubleshooting

Bachelor's Degree null
