IT Support Engineer Based Onsite: Arvada, CO
Overview: - Responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Includes servers, networks, data centers, SaaS applications, and file shares.
- Collaborates with teams and vendors for seamless IT operations.
- Emphasizes teamwork, self-motivation, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide end-user support (onboarding/offboarding).
- Manage IT support projects and track progress in JIRA.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with:
- Applications
- Systems
- Servers
- Storage
- VMware
Maintain IT documentation, ticketing, and inventory records. Deploy, support, and maintain IT infrastructure. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards. Assist IT leadership with process improvements. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience (6+ years in IT support).
- Technical Skills:
- MDR/XDR platforms (e.g., Sophos XDR, CrowdStrike, Huntress).
- Cloud identity management (SSO, SAML 2.0, MFA).
- MDM automation (GoogleMDM, Kandji, Intune).
- SaaS management, IT ticketing systems, and mobile device management.
