IT Support Engineer Based Onsite: Arvada, CO Overview:
  • Responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
  • Includes servers, networks, data centers, SaaS applications, and file shares.
  • Collaborates with teams and vendors for seamless IT operations.
  • Emphasizes teamwork, self-motivation, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-user support (onboarding/offboarding).
  • Manage IT support projects and track progress in JIRA.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with:
  • Applications
  • Systems
  • Servers
  • Storage
  • VMware
  • Maintain IT documentation, ticketing, and inventory records.
  • Deploy, support, and maintain IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
  • Assist IT leadership with process improvements. Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience (6+ years in IT support).
    • Technical Skills:
    • MDR/XDR platforms (e.g., Sophos XDR, CrowdStrike, Huntress).
    • Cloud identity management (SSO, SAML 2.0, MFA).
    • MDM automation (GoogleMDM, Kandji, Intune).
    • SaaS management, IT ticketing systems, and mobile device management.
  • Work Experience:
  • MSP, NOC, or SOC environments.
  • Large enterprise IT support.
  • Operating Systems:
  • Proficiency in MacOS, Linux (via command line), and Windows OS. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic IT environment.
