Job Title: IT Service Desk Specialist
Location: Wentzville, MO
Position Type: Full-Time (On-Site Only)
Schedule: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM- On-call 1 Weekend/Month

Starting Rate: $23+ Per hour-Based on experience

is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Specialist to support our growing team in Wentzville, MO. This is a full-time, on-site position (not remote), offering benefits and a chance to grow your career with an innovative and customer-focused company.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for computer software and hardware issues
• Perform basic server maintenance tasks
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Diagnose and repair hardware issues
• Maintain and update IT documentation
• Assist in maintaining the company's computer network
• Complete other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Associate degree in Computer Science or relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience
• Working knowledge of internet/network security protocols
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create clear technical documentation
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
