Service Desk Analyst needed onsite in the Radford, VA area Location: Radford, VA
Pay: $25/hr.+
Shift: 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
Contract: 2 years Qualifications:
Degree or Sec+ or ITIL certification (degree preferred)
Previous military experience would be a plus Responsibilities:
Field user communication, create and document tickets, troubleshoot, and escalate issues.
Provide initial support and analysis, monitor and track incidents, and communicate progress.
Complete non-ticket creation duties as assigned by Service Desk Management.
Adhere to standard Service Desk policies and processes, including shift scheduling and performance metrics.
Training: Initial training 4-6 weeks, Monday to Friday, .
After training, move to 3rd shift (10-hour shifts covering three weekdays and every other weekend). Required Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication.
Familiarity with ITIL Foundation, MS Office Suite, and help desk/trouble ticketing software (ServiceNow preferred).
