Service Desk Analyst
6 month contract with possibility of extension or full-time conversion
Pataskala, OH. 5 days a week onsite in Pataskala.
Pay range: $23-$28/hr depending on experience level
About the role:
- Will help resolve some software/laptop related issues.
- Help getting Microsoft 365 licenses and apps installed on people's laptops and uninstalling existing apps.
- Helping support users with Microsoft Excel
- May be some conference room setup if there are issues connecting to the TV/projector.
- Help with issues regarding hardware, software, and some accessories they may fund (docking stations and monitors, etc.)
- The software equipment they use right now is Office, a few people use Adobe Acrobat
Qualifications: - Experience installing Microsoft applications.
- Experience setting up printers and support stations for people.
- Typical office support
Duties: - Handling software upgrades.
- Helping with password resets.
- Hardware assistance.
- Maintaining and fixing printers (10-12 office printers in total)
Additional Skills: Experience Level: - 1-2+ years of prior help desk experience would be suitable.
On-Call Rotation: - The team takes turn on a rotation.
