Role - Service Delivery Manager

Location - Fully Remote

Salary - £50,000

About the Role

My client is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional service to their clients. This role is crucial for someone with a strong and demonstrable background in service management within an e-commerce environment. Essential e-commerce experience is a prerequisite for this role. A deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape is vital. Furthermore, strong Shopify expertise is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will take ownership of ensuring services are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while cultivating strong client relationships. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, manage escalations efficiently, and be a key driver in continuous service improvement.
