Position: Service Delivery Engineer - ServiceNow
Location: Palm Beach Gardens (PGA), FL (Onsite)
Shift: Flexible, with a focus on 24x7 availability, including nights and weekends
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the delivery of IT services in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management.
- Ensure high availability and performance of compute environments.
- Provide 24x7 support, including working shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (40 hours per week).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Monitor and report on service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT service management using ITIL framework.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of compute environments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications in ITIL and/or ServiceNow.
- Experience in a 24x7 service delivery environment.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
