Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and oversee the service department's daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
2. Analyze and resolve technical issues by phone, email, or online support
3. Develop and implement service schedules and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Check service reports and create invoices.
5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field/relevant experience.
2. Ability to understand and read blueprints, and hydraulic and pneumatic drawings.
3. Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
4. Ability to speak German is a major plus, but not required.
5. Valid driver's license is required.
