A role has come available with an engineering firm who are looking for an engineer planner to join their service department.
You will be playing a crucial role within a busy department and a business who are growing and investing.
Role and Responsibilities
Planning and co-ordinating all types of service works, repairs, and emergency faults with customers
Responding to any customers questions (email and phone)
Scheduling engineers to certain jobs and reacting to breakdowns
Raising paperwork and making sure it has been done correctly and efficiently.
Ensure the right machines are dispatched to the right customers.
Keeping customers updated with work that is being done.
Managing serval things at once
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Proven record of working in a service environment.
Some engineering knowledge would be very beneficial.
IT Literate
Experience working in a telephone-based role.
Ability to manage several different tasks at the same time.
Time management
Coming from a similar background or automotive would be good
