We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Contract Clerk to join our accounting team and ensure the accurate processing of service contracts and warranty-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, process, and file service contracts and warranty paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Verify data for completeness and compliance with dealership requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all service contract transactions.
• Coordinate with finance, sales, and service departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with warranty contract submission and follow-up for Kornerstone, Zurich, and non-manufacturer warranties, ensuring timely processing and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to service contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer programs and dealership policies.
• Prepare reports on contract processing status and related metrics.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive administration, warranty processing, accounting or a related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and dealership management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
