Walker Automotive is looking for someone to fill our Walker CDJR Service Concierge role.

Pay: Hourly/Semimonthly
Job Description: - Schedules appointments for Service customers
- Check customers out when service is completed
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Set schedules and assigns tasks to service department employees
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards
- Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain good working relationship with all Walker employees and customers

Education: - High school or equivalent
Experience: - Customer Service: 2 years
- Prior Automotive experience preferred
