Description:
Set, confirm and follow up with Service Appointments. Coordinate with the appropriate Service Advisor and Technician based on the Service need and time available.
- Work closely with the Service Advisors and learn the Technicians' skills
- Respond to phone and internet inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately enter customer information (personal and vehicle) and customer comments/needs into the CRM tool
- Conduct phone surveys to assess the customers experience
- Maintain a follow up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
- Acquire knowledge of services that benefit the customer/their vehicle
- Keep up to date with recalls, products, monthly deals/specials
- Make outbound calls for necessary recalls and warranty work
- Generate business from manifest lists
- Maintain strict confidentiality of personal information of our customers
- Maintain regular attendance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications/Skills:
- Customer Service Experience - required
- Call Center Experience - highly preferred
- Automotive Experience - a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work at a desk/computer for most of the work day
- Ability to multitask
