Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding dining experiences by greeting guests and serving food, as well as handling payments with accuracy.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.
  • Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to provide fresh and quality food.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, rotating through various roles such as Front Counter, Drive Through, and Kitchen.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals in a fun and positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • Friendly, helpful demeanor and a team player attitude.
  • Operations experience is a plus.
  • Some high school education is preferred.
  • Food Handler certification may be required, depending on local regulations, at your expense.
Please note, while performing these duties, you will often be in a hot environment with steam from cooking equipment. Workspaces are typically confined, and roles may require standing for long periods. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for hours, and reach across counters to serve customers. Our kitchens can be noisy and have limited storage. Successful candidates must adapt to a dynamic environment, communicate effectively, and manage conflicts when needed.

Pay Range: $16.5 per hour - $23.1 per hour. Individual pay may vary based on location and experience.
