Position: Service and Repair Administrator I - Shift 1

Location: Oakdale, MN 55128

Duration: 10 Months

Job Type: Contract

Work Type: Onsite

Shift Timings: Mon-Fri (8:00AM - 4:30PM) possible flexibility to 7am-3:30pm

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
  • Preferred past experience in medical device data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Xcel and Outlook. Experience with online meeting applications and video conferencing preferred.
  • Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system or Oracle experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be compliant with all training and procedures per role requirements.
  • Preferred Basic knowledge of Client devices and functions.
Education and Experience
  • Secondary Education (High School) required.
  • Education requirements can be obtained through an educational institution or gained through equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • This is largely a sedentary role.
  • This job operates in a repair environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
  • The position requires the ability to work under pressure and stress common to office environments
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities:
  • The Service and Repair Administrator is responsible for coordinating the flow of medical devices returned for repair throughout the repair process.
  • They are responsible for efficient and accurate device history data entry, along with coordinating the documentation retention.
  • They are an integral part of the service and repair team as they will interact with employees throughout the department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Enter receipt and completion data into service database.
  • Coordinate receipt and shipment of returned items for service/repair.
  • Perform quality intake of each device with accompanying paperwork.
  • Coordinates/package loaner devices for loaner pool and evaluation trial/loaner orders.
  • Coordinates refurbished device orders.
  • Collaborate and communicate with multiple departments for specific customer inquiries.
  • Process Inter-org transactions (Global Client to Client sites).
  • Coordinate and organize daily technician work.
  • Enter completion data from Service and Repair Checklists filled out by technicians into service database accurately.
  • Enter transactions, such as charges, estimates, and part number transactions.
  • Create and run appropriate daily reports.
  • Perform special projects as required.
  • Job duties may change due to business needs.
  • This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site).
  • Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
