Position Overview:
We're seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) or has prior experience in a dealership service environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs in a professional manner
  • Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services
  • Provide accurate cost and time estimates for service and repairs
  • Act as a liaison between technicians and customers, ensuring transparent communication
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Toyota products and services
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Schedule appointments and manage repair orders efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Experience as a Service Advisor, especially in a Toyota or other automotive dealership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs
  • Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus (we use reynolds)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
