Position Overview: We're seeking a skilled and customer-oriented
Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) or has prior experience in a dealership service environment. If you're passionate about cars, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and love helping people, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs in a professional manner
- Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates for service and repairs
- Act as a liaison between technicians and customers, ensuring transparent communication
- Maintain strong knowledge of Toyota products and services
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Schedule appointments and manage repair orders efficiently
Preferred Qualifications: - Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Experience as a Service Advisor, especially in a Toyota or other automotive dealership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus (we use reynolds)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
