Service Advisor Responsibilities: - Greet customers promptly
- Create a high level of hospitality and service with all customer interactions
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Service Advisor Requirements: - Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus
- Ability to identify the problem quickly
- Knowledge of automobiles
- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, or service consultant
- Very energetic personality
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
- Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
- Minimum of 1 year in service department
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
