Service Advisor to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, are passionate about the automotive industry, and excel at keeping things organized, we'd love to meet you.
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and the technicians. You'll ensure that every customer receives exceptional service from the moment they walk in, to the moment they drive away.
Responsibilities: - Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Drive the sale of technicians time to meet department's sales forecast
- Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience while maintaining industry required survey scores.
- Ability to Confidently Communicate with Customers, Technicians, Parts advisors, and other staff
- Ability to be professional, confident, and collective on the phone
- Basic Computer Skills, with the ability and willingness to learn our system and process

Requirements
- Possess phone skills for both employee and customer interactions
- Have basic computer skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs.
- Be organized, professional and courteous
- Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
- You must be able to explain repairs in simple terms to their customers, while also being able to understand technical jargon in order to effectively communicate with technicians.
- Multiple years of experience working in the automotive industry. This is because the role of the service advisor requires a comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts and engineering.
- Clean MVR/Background/pass drug test
