Honor GMC is looking for a
Service Advisor to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent customer service skills, and are passionate about the automotive industry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
Provide accurate repair estimates and explain recommended services.
Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians.
Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle repairs.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Promote and upsell additional maintenance and service options.
Process repair orders and maintain service records.
Qualifications: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair shop preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in dealership management software (DMS) preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
