Job Summary:
Nashville Nissan is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual for the role of Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who visit our dealership for car maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Provide accurate and detailed information about recommended services and repairs
- Work closely with the service team to ensure prompt and efficient completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process
- Make recommendations additional services as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Follow up with customers after their service visit to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming products and services offered by the dealership
- Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with automotive technical terminology is a plus
- Must work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must possess a positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends, as needed
