Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic service team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers, acting as the key point of communication between them and our technicians. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and listen to their vehicle concerns with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Accurately document service needs, explain recommended repairs, and provide transparent cost estimates.
  • Effectively communicate with service technicians to ensure repairs align with customer expectations.
  • Obtain approval for recommended repairs and services from customers, extended warranties, or manufacturer warranties before proceeding.
  • Keep customers informed on repair status, estimated completion times, and any additional findings.
  • Offer recommended maintenance and service packages to enhance vehicle performance and longevity.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
  • Process repair orders, invoices, and payments with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining strong relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with dealership management software Dealertrack and Xtime is a plus.
  • Strong sales and upselling abilities to maximize service opportunities.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
