Key Responsibilities: Oversee the service lane to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Own the customer experience by going the extra mile to create a lasting, positive impression.
Provide concierge-level support for customer inquiries, whether in-person or over the phone.
Communicate repairs, costs, and timelines clearly and professionally.

What We're Looking For: At least one year as an automotive Service Advisor in the last 5 years.
Strong communication and time management skills, customer-focused personality
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check & drug screening
