The position also pays a bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit .

Requirements - Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current California Driver License/ID
- Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication with others
- Friendly, Energetic, Enthusiastic and Team Oriented
- Professional look and work ethics
- Previous Experience as a Dealership Service Advisor and or Independent franchise Service Advisor experience
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
