Employment Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday-Friday, rotating Saturdays
Compensation: $50,000-$80,000 salary range + commission
Requirements: 1 year of relevant Service Advisor experience is

Responsibilities of the position may include: 1: Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments 2: Recording customer vehicle concerns 3: Writing repair orders and descriptions of problems and repairs 4: Translating customer repair concerns to technicians 5: Explaining repairs to the customer 6: Estimating the cost and time needed for the repairs 7: Selling necessary parts and service 8: Handling customer complaints 9: Closing repair orders 10. 5 STAR customer satisfaction
