Position Summary Equipment Experts, Inc. is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Lakewood, WA.
The Dispatch Service Advisor is responsible for dispatching field technicians to service calls and planned maintenance, accurately invoicing completed work, and estimating additional repairs needed. The Dispatch Service Advisor plays a crucial role: aligning excellent customer service and dispatch abilities with our customers' need to deliver excellence safely. This position is highly collaborative, internally and externally facing, and requires a high level of customer service and communication skills.

Requirements Capabilities and Key Competencies - Ability to read and comprehend technician service order write-ups.
- Ability to transfer basic understanding and knowledge about mechanical systems between different types of equipment.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
- Ability to thoroughly document customer concerns and service order updates.
- Ability to effectively utilize company computer, email, and IP phone system.
Education - High School Diploma/GED.
- One year or more experience in a dispatch/service advisor role.
Physical Requirements - Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
- Wear required personal protective equipment as required.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Schedule - Full time Position - Monday through Friday, 7am - 4pm
Pay - Pay range: $22 - $27/hour, based on relevant experience
