Service Advisor Responsibilities: - Greet service customers warmly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and maintain clear communication throughout the repair process
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines for services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs
- Upsell recommended maintenance based on vehicle needs
- Ensure a smooth, welcoming, and informative experience from start to finish
- Maintain knowledge of vehicle systems and repair trends
- Embody our company values in every interaction-with customers, teammates, and vendors
Service Advisor Qualifications: - 2+ years of dealership or independent shop service advising experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Professional appearance and ability to build trust quickly
