We need an experienced Service Writer/Advisor who is experienced in selling automotive service. We are a busy, fast-paced shop that is looking for someone honest, positive, dedicated, well-groomed, has great customer service, and who can sell automotive service at a high level. Great opportunity for a Service Advisor to make top-tier income.

Job duties include answering phones, greeting customers, selling, and scheduling needed service work. Ensuring promise times are met along with achieving departmental goals and margins. Reviewing Multi-Point Inspections and service history advising customers of all of their service needs. Providing a complete and accurate cost estimate for labor and parts. Checking on progress throughout the day. Maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. Working well with co-workers and all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
