Ideal Qualifications Include:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • People focused with a positive attitude
  • Committed to providing world-class customer service
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proficient technology and computer skills
  • Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Professional experience in a similar role preferred
  • Able to lift 25 lbs.
Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Greet customers promptly.
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information.
  • Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
  • Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history.
  • Prepare complete and accurate estimates of cost for labor and parts.
  • Establish follow-up time with customer.
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently.
  • Verify that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order.
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
  • Additional miscellaneous duties as needed.
