What You'll Do - Greet and assist customers in the service lane with professionalism and care
- Guide customers through the service process, offering clear communication and concierge-level support
- Manage repair orders and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Present and sell recommended services and maintenance options
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers during service visits
- Help create a smooth, welcoming, and productive service department experience

What We're Looking For - Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Friendly, organized, and energetic personality
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple vehicles and clients
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check
