Description of the Role We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to determine their vehicle service requirements
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timeframes for service and repairs
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service queue
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle and any additional service recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Valid driver's license
