I-5 Cars is looking for a highly motivated
Service Advisor that is focused on customer satisfaction to join our team. This individual will provide leadership in motivating, managing and evaluating Service Technicians. The Service Advisor will efficiently coordinate, schedule and manage Service Technician's time, while maintaining the work order process. This role will also communicate with the customer in regard to quotes, job status and scheduling.

- Base pay + Commission pays $22.00-$35.00/ hour depending on experience
- 2 week paid vacation after 1 year, paid sick time, and 7 paid holidays
Responsibilities - Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
- Determine and recommend required maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
- Sell and manage extended warranties
- Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
- Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations
Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Manual dexterity to manipulate small parts and tools.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Flexibility to bend, stoop, and reach.
- Clear vision and hearing to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to withstand various weather conditions, such as heat, cold, or rain, when required to work outside
