What You'll Do
Welcome customers as they arrive in the service lane with professionalism and genuine care
Manage the full customer journey through the service process
Coordinate with technicians to assign and schedule repair orders efficiently
Sell recommended maintenance and services
Provide timely updates and concierge-level support both in person and by phone
Help keep the service department running smoothly and productively

What We're Looking For

• Organized, energetic, and customer-first mindset

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients confidently

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check

• Previous experience in service or customer-facing roles preferred

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Work performed at a desk and in the service drive
Noise level is typically moderate
Frequently move between tasks and locations
Occasionally lift or adjust objects up to 20 pounds
Regular use of hands and fingers for typing or other repetitive motions
Must be able to communicate clearly and assess the accuracy of work
