Job responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
  • Be an ambassador for the Premier1 Automotive brand and its core values
  • Greet/respond to customers in person, on the phone, or email using established guidelines and processes
  • Follow-up with customer inquiries within 10 minutes
  • Document customer concerns, open service ticket, and work with Technicians and Operations Manager to assign ticket to technician as appropriate
  • Communicate vehicle diagnosis, repair recommendations, and regular status updates to customers in a timely manner
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure their repair and service needs are met
  • Meet and Exceed customer service expectations of our customers every time
  • Order parts
  • Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Requirements:
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Solid track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • be able to work at least 2 Saturday's per month (8am-Noon)
  • Have a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment screening including a background check. Premier1 promotes a drug-free work environment.
