Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.

Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance.

Explain recommended services and repairs in a clear and professional manner.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion.

Keep customers updated on repair progress and costs.

Process service orders, invoices, and payments efficiently.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer service role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain technical information to customers in an easy-to-understand way.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is a plus.

Proficiency with automotive service software.

A valid driver's license.
