Our dealership is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proven track record of success in the automotive industry. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the dealership
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately diagnose their vehicle's issues
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended repairs and services
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Work closely with the service team to ensure that repairs are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
- Valid driver's license
