Responsibilities: - Listen to customers' concerns, issues, and questions
- Resolve customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to the your best ability
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints
- Open new customer accounts
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers
- Recommend possible products to meet the customers' needs
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
- Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and the vehicle pick-up
- Managing and overseeing the branch's workflow and schedule
- Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times
- Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments
- Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed
- Checking in vehicles when dropped off
- Generating orders for services and inside sales
Preferred Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or auto repair center.
- Personable and attentive
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal communicator
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Familiar with the software used to connect with customers and gather their information
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel)
- Knowledge of applicable products and markets
