Requirements- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Promptly meet and greet customers and generate work orders while following corporate and manufacturer guidelines
- Provide accurate estimates to customers
- Provide a first point of contact for customer concerns
- Answer incoming phones in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain corporate and manufacturer objectives for CSI, Sales and Training
- Minimize open repair orders and special order parts
- Maintain contact with clients during repair or service process
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by management
