Job Summary:

As a service advisor assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support the Service Advisor and provide outstanding customer service every day.

• Answering incoming calls

• Proving customers with status updates

• Appointment setting

• Making outbound customer-service calls

• Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager / supporting the Service Advisors
